Nicole J. Coward focuses her practice on commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. She has served as lead counsel in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and private mediation proceedings, representing individual and corporate clients across diverse industries, including business, arts, entertainment, media, sports, religious organizations and philanthropy.

Ms. Coward’s litigation practice is distinguished by her extensive transactional background, which enables her to assess client needs holistically, develop innovative strategies and craft solutions that address both immediate challenges and long-term business objectives.

Ms. Coward serves as Law Chair for the New York County Democratic Committee (Manhattan Democrats), where she advises county leadership on selected election matters and organizational governance. She also continues to lead Nicole J. Coward PLLC, where she maintains a separate advisory practice through which she counsels clients on transactional and strategic matters, including due diligence, intellectual property licensing, content monetization, charitable initiatives and generational wealth and legacy considerations.
