- Astrid Westphalen, Counsel, Gide Loyrette Nouel
- Remy Gerbay, Founding Partner & Co‑Head of Arbitration, Hexagon Advocates LLP
- Harout Ekmanian, Associate, Foley Hoag LLP
The event is organized by the Georgetown University Club of France and hosted by Gide Loyrette Nouel, in collaboration with the Georgetown University Club of France. It forms part of the official Paris Arbitration Week 2026 program.
Remy Gerbay will contribute perspectives drawn from his practice in international investment and commercial arbitration, including disputes involving sanctions regimes, state conduct, and treaty‑based protections. The panel will consider how arbitral mechanisms may adapt to shifting geopolitical realities while maintaining credibility, enforceability, and adherence to the rule of law.
