Hexagon Advocates is proud to announce that Founding Partner Dr. Remy Gerbay will speak at the upcoming Joint Event hosted by the School of International Arbitration (SIA) at Queen Mary University of London and the LCIA’s Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG). The event will take place on Friday, 5 December 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM, at Queen Mary’s Lincoln’s Inn Fields campus.
This event is part of the inaugural London Arbitration Week (LAW)—a new initiative bringing together leading institutions, practitioners, and academics to celebrate London’s role as a global hub for international dispute resolution. LAW 2025 features a curated program of panels, workshops, and networking events designed to foster collaboration and innovation across the arbitration community.
About the Organizers
Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) is the LCIA’s global platform for emerging arbitration practitioners. Founded in 1997, YIAG now includes over 12,000 members from 146 countries. It offers free membership to students and professionals under 40, and is known for its interactive seminars, peer-led symposia, and flagship Tylney Hall events. YIAG fosters early-career engagement with complex arbitration issues and provides a vital bridge between junior practitioners and leading institutions.
The School of International Arbitration (SIA) at Queen Mary University of London is the world’s leading academic institution dedicated to the study of international arbitration. Founded in 1985, the SIA is part of Queen Mary’s Centre for Commercial Law Studies and has trained over 4,000 arbitration specialists from more than 100 countries. Its faculty includes globally recognized scholars and practitioners, and its alumni occupy leadership roles in law firms, arbitral institutions, and academia worldwide.
