
Emma Scheuer (LL.M.) acts as counsel in complex commercial litigations and international arbitrations. Emma has intervened in arbitrations conducted under the ICC, LCIA, ICSID and UNCITRAL arbitration rules, and in litigations in the English High Court and US federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Hexagon, Emma practiced in the litigation group of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, in New York, and at Linklaters LLP, in London and Madrid.
Emma externed at the King’s County District Attorney’s office. She has been seconded in-house to two financial institutions in London and previously worked in public affairs at a French energy group in Paris.
She is fluent and regularly advises clients in English, French and Spanish, and
has a good working knowledge of Portuguese.
