Veronica Lorenzo leads the firm’s financial strategy, overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and operations in support of the firm’s strategic objectives. She works closely with the partnership to guide decision-making and long-term financial planning.

Veronica brings nearly two decades of experience in law firm finance and operations, including leadership roles in financial planning and analysis at Am Law 100 and Magic Circle firms. She has partnered with executive leadership on firmwide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives, and has served as an interim chief financial officer and advisor to emerging firms, with a focus on financial strategy and operational scalability.
